Throughout that time I have taken on "many hats," as we all do in a small school, including: - Social studies curriculum design and implementation - School leadership team - RTI team for high school students - Profession development team, chair - Advisory team I have also envisioned and collaborated with my peers to create several programs to improve achievement and the culture of our school. Including: - Honor Role program to recognize student achievement - Sophomore and Junior week long fieldwork to develop leadership, increase college-going culture and cultural awareness - Program to increase tolerance culminating in a tolerance summit which included students from several different districts. - After-school tutoring program to promote student achievement.
